Addressing social media concerns regarding whether the injunction might stifle genuine critique, Nani clarified during promotional rounds in Mumbai that the legal action strictly avoids targeting authentic reviews. The producers’ court petition emphasized that massive investments in production, marketing, and distribution made them vulnerable to severe, irreversible financial harm from malicious or defamatory material circulating online.
