Sri Veda Gayatri Temple, located at 702 W Yosemite Ave, Manteca, CA, has warmly invited devotees for the upcoming Devi Sarannavaratri Celebrations – 2026, scheduled from October 11th through October 20th, 2026. Throughout the ten-day festival, Ammavaru will be adorned in a special Devi Alankaram daily, featuring forms such as Sri Bala Tripura Sundari Devi, Sri Gayatri Devi, Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Devi, Sri Annapurna Devi, Sri Lalita Tripura Sundari Devi, Sri Saraswati Devi (Moola Nakshatra), Sri Maha Lakshmi Devi, Sri Durga Devi (Shakambari Alankaram), Sri Mahishasura Mardini Devi, and Sri Raja Rajeswari Devi (Vijayadashami).
Special Events, Pujas, and Sponsorships:
The celebrations will include major spiritual highlights such as Kalasha Sthapana, Balakumari/Kanya Pooja, Chandramouleshwara Abhishekam, Samuhika Aksharabhyasam (Group Learning Initiation Ceremony) on October 16th, 108 Suvasini Kumkuma Puja on October 17th, Chandi Homam on October 18th at 4:00 PM, Ayudha/Vehicle Puja, and daily cultural programs followed by Maha Prasadam.
