Propelled by massive advance ticket sales and a powerful opening day, the film managed to secure strong early figures despite the poor trend that followed. The North American weekend breakdown indicates that the vast majority of the earnings came right at launch: Day 1 (including premieres) brought in $1.63 million, followed by $155K on Day 2, $145K on Day 3, and an estimated $80K on Day 4, bringing the total weekend haul to $2 million.
Sharp Decline Due to Negative Reviews:
Despite crossing a benchmark that is typically considered strong for a Nani starrer, the film suffered a severe crash following its release due to overwhelmingly negative reviews and poor word of mouth. Collections dropped sharply from the second day onward and continued to decline through Sunday, indicating that the initial rush quickly faded.
