The Foundation for India and Indian Diaspora Studies (FIIDS) recently hosted a warm farewell event dedicated to Deputy Consul General Shri Rakesh Adalakha. The gathering was organized to recognize his dedicated service and celebrate the strong bonds he successfully fostered with the Indian American community throughout the Bay Area.

The event highlights the collaborative relationship maintained between the Consulate General of India in San Francisco and local diaspora organizations, including ongoing engagement supported by bodies such as the Ministry of External Affairs, the Embassy of India in Washington DC, and Diaspora India Connect.
