SAN JOSE, CA — The Radha Krishna Temple of Bay Area has announced an open call for advanced-level dancers, trained vocalists, instrumentalists, and experienced performers to participate in its upcoming Janmashtami Cultural Program. The special devotional evening is dedicated to celebrating the divine birth and leelas of Lord Krishna.
Event Details & Guidelines
Date & Time: Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM.
Venue: Radha Krishna Temple of Bay Area, 4411 Hyland Ave, San Jose, CA.
Theme: Lord Krishna – Celebrating Bal Krishna and His Leelas.
Participant Criteria: Open to advanced-level or trained dancers, vocalists, and instrumentalists for both solo and group acts. Performances should be Krishna-themed and are structured to run approximately 8 to 10 minutes each.
Community Support Purpose
All proceeds generated from the cultural program registrations will directly support the inauguration and development of the new temple in San Jose, aiding the community in building a larger space for devotion.
