India Day 2026 Celebration To Be Hosted By Friends Of Bharat In Sunnyvale On August 15

Friends of Bharat is hosting the grand India Day 2026 celebration, themed “Our Culture. Our Pride. Our India,” on Saturday, August 15, 2026. The community event will take place from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Sunnyvale Community Center Indoor Sports Center, located at 550 East Remington Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94087.

Admission to the event is completely FREE, and attendees are requested to register their spots online through Eventbrite ([www.eventbrite.com/e/india-day-2026-tickets-1991433315655](https://www.eventbrite.com/e/india-day-2026-tickets-1991433315655)).

The program features an exciting lineup of event highlights, including a traditional flag hoisting ceremony, a kids and family walk with the flag, music and dance performances by both kids and adults, a fancy dress competition, cultural stalls, free snacks, and food stalls. Families and community members are invited to come together to celebrate Indian heritage and unity.
